Not the city — the band, Chicago. We saw Chicago last night at their venue of choice, The Venetian, for the fourth time (at least). The house was packed, the audience a mix of ages, and the music was, as always, superb tight harmonies, all the hits you love performed by stellar musicians. This showroom, easily accessible from the parking garage is beautiful. The only problem is that the show started at 8 om and went until after 10 pm. which almost cut into our three hour-free parking for locals. I know. What a complaint, The show ran long. Their residency runs through April. Go see ’em. Recession be damned. You will feel better.
